Saturday Jan. 6, 2013 Dallas Bonsai Society invited Timeless Tree's to put on a
demonstration and a work shop, on Podocarpus.
The demo was led by a lecture on Podocarpus by Hurley Johnson owner ofTimeless Trees.
He covered all the in & outs of how to care for a podocarpus. What type of soil
to use / when to repot /fertilize/prune / water /ect. basically all the info. you need to know.
Ken Credeur was backing Hurley with all the graphs on a big screen.
Alex Leong & Ken Credeur took over for the actual pruning & styling of this tree;
Which was to be raffled off to some lucky winner. Unfortunately due to prior time restrains I had to leave
early so I didn't get to see the results.
These are the trees for the work shops that followed the demonstration.
Raymond Gonzales and the rest of the crew Hurley,Alex & Ken were kept busy
helping the people that signed up for the work shops. I'm sure that the trees all turned out were
fantastic!! Wish I could have been there.
If your ever in the Houston area be sure to go to Rosenberg,Texas & stop by
Timeless Trees,it's worth the trip.
The Timeless Trees crew stopped by my shop on the way back to Houston.
Have a safe trip back guys and thanks!!
The Luis Sandate family saw my shop on the internet and came by.They are
first time bonsai buyers and I told them I would put them on my blog. So here they are!!!
